Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy

Occrr is free to use. This policy covers the optional paid items: Premium, Boosts and Super Likes. On our website and app you pay in Indian Rupees through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). Inside Telegram you pay with Telegram Stars.

What you are buying

• Premium: extra features (see who liked you, more daily likes, rewind, advanced filters) for the period shown at checkout, for example 1 week, 1 month, 3 months or 12 months. Premium does not renew automatically. You are never charged again unless you buy again.
• Boosts: each Boost puts your profile near the top of Discover in your area for a limited time.
• Super Likes: each one shows a person you are especially interested in them.

The price, what you get, and the duration are shown before you pay.

Delivery

All items are digital and delivered instantly to your Occrr account after the payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds. Nothing is shipped. If an item has not appeared after 30 minutes, contact us and we will add it or refund you.

Cancellation

Because Premium does not renew automatically, there is nothing to cancel. It simply ends at the end of the period you paid for. You can stop using Occrr or delete your account at any time.

Refunds

We give a full refund if:

• you were charged but the item was not added to your account;
• you were charged twice for the same purchase by mistake; or
• you ask within 7 days of buying Premium and have not used its features (for example, you have not opened the list of people who liked you).

Used Boosts and Super Likes, and Premium that has been used, are not refundable. We do not refund purchases on accounts banned for breaking our Terms.

How to ask for a refund

Contact us using the details on our Contact page or message @Occrr_bot, with the date, the item and, if you have it, the payment ID from your receipt. We reply within 2 working days.

Approved refunds for Razorpay payments go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days depending on your bank. Refunds for Telegram Stars purchases are returned as Stars to your Telegram account.
